It's on the site of Jolly Farmers - a listed oak timbered former farmhouse and inn, is nestled amongst hundreds of acres of farmland near the villages of Fressingfield , Metfield and Cratfield within a nature conservation area and easy reach of local shops.

Where we are...
From Fressingfield Fox & Goose down hill 100 yards to War Memorial and turn right signposted Cratfield. Go out of Fressingfield village for 2 miles, past a large farm on the left (Yew Tree Farm) and then post-box on the right at a T-junction and a Cattle-Grid. (signposted Stradbroke ) Go past this junction 25 yards our entrance is on the right.
We are situated within a SSSI and nature conservation area which is renowned for rare birds and wildlife, such as Owls, hares, foxes and deer. This countryside accommodation is situated on Chippenhall Green, delightful home to around 30 horses between mid-May and mid-October.
Close to the renowned Suffolk Heritage Coast, Norfolk Broads, there are so many places of interest nearby. These include RSPB Minsmere Southwold with its pier, Dunwich, Jimmy's Farm, and many transport and aviation museums. Golf and fishing within easy reach. Near the A12 and A140, about 15 miles from Diss mainline train station with direct links to London.
