Traditionally the main bedroom, centrally heated, with coffee/tea making facilities, TV, hair dryer and shaver point - spacious and sumptuous with original mullion window.
View of countryside and common. Separate door to En-suite bathroom and Adjoining Room 2.

Ideal for couples on their own or to form the main part of a family suite if combined with Adjoining Room ...
Only when the Apex Room is unoccupied, the private shower room can also be used by the Elizabethan Suite
En-suite Bathroom
Relax in the surrounding oak-beamed bathroom which has bath, attached shower, toilet sink with under-cupboard, and bidet.

Adjoining Room
A Lovely cozy centrally heated room with uninterrupted views across hundreds of acres of farmland.
4ft bed (can be used as a small double), dresser and bedside cabinet.
Ideal room for Families or people traveling together who are familiar with each other.
Apex Room
Newly refurbished character double room situated in the second floor apex with a magnificent common views. Door reclaimed from downstairs bar complete with dart-markings! Economy 7 heated, tea / coffee making facilities, hairdryer, TV.

Exclusive Washing / Shower facilities located downstairs.
Old beer garden
The old beer garden is a lovely place to relax, this area is for use by Jolly Farmers guests in the early mornings or evenings.
The garden consists of a large lawn surrounded by landscaped beds full of shrubs and old trees.
In the summer you can often see the horses at the gate.
We regret Bed and Breakfast is not "all-day access" - vacate 10.30am return is after 4.00pm. Gates Lodge available for complete freedom of self-catering - short breaks too..
* Please note although the adjoining room is a separate room, access to the bathroom is via the main bedroom.
** As this room forms part of the main suite, unfortunately it cannot be booked on its own.
* Access to the Apex room is via a second small steeper staircase so this may not suit the less agile.
